What’s Coming Next:
Real Spaces to Reset, Reconnect, and Realign
Over the past few months, I’ve been sharing more about what it means to live intentionally— not just as an idea, but as a way of moving through life.
Learning to stay present.
Understanding what actually matters.
Making decisions that reflect that—whether that’s how you spend your time, who you surround yourself with, or when you choose to rest.
Because wellbeing isn’t just built through habits.
It’s built through awareness.
Through connection.
Through creating space to listen—to yourself, your needs, and what life is asking of you.
But this work isn’t meant to stay as ideas.
It’s meant to be experienced.
Bringing It Into Real Life
Over the coming months, I’ll be creating more spaces for people to step out of the noise and reconnect—with themselves and with others.
Men’s Wellbeing Walks
These walks are a simple but powerful starting point.
A chance to get outside, slow things down, and connect—without pressure, without performance.
Because one of the most overlooked aspects of wellbeing is community.
Finding your tribe.
Having real conversations.
Being around people where you don’t have to filter or perform.
That’s what these walks are about.
Not fixing anything—just creating space for something more real.

Collaborations & Immersive Experiences
I’ll also be working with other practitioners in the UK to create small, immersive experiences—from one-day to weekend formats.
Spaces designed to step further away from modern noise and reconnect with something more fundamental.
Time in nature.
Simple living.
Reconnecting with the land.
Because for many of us, there’s a quiet disconnect from how we’re wired to live.
For generations, humans lived closer to nature
To rhythm.
To movement.
To community.
And while life has evolved, something in us still responds to that environment.
Coming back to it—even briefly—can create a sense of balance, clarity, and grounding that’s hard to replicate elsewhere.
I’ll be hosting the first of these experiences over the summer.

More details coming soon.
Speaking & Facilitating
Alongside this, I’ll continue to speak and facilitate at men’s wellbeing events— creating spaces for deeper conversation, reflection, and connection.
The next event will be in London on Saturday, 13th June.
If you’re interested in attending or want more details, feel free to reach out directly.
Looking Ahead: A Different Kind of Retreat
Alongside these local experiences, I’ll also be hosting something more immersive.
One retreat. One location. One opportunity in 2026.
Set in the Tuscan countryside, this will be a space designed for a deeper reset.
Surrounded by nature, vineyards, and open land—close to the sea, yet completely removed from the usual pace of life.
The Reset Retreat 2026
Step away from the noise, reconnect with what matters, and come home to yourself.
This isn’t about escaping life.
It’s about returning to it—differently.
Over a few days together, the focus will be on:
Resetting your energy and nervous system
Reconnecting with what actually matters
Creating space to think clearly again
Preparing for the transition into the final part of the year
Think:
Mindful walks through nature
Yoga and movement
Access to on-site practitioners (including energy work and holistic therapies)
Time to rest, reflect, and disconnect
Creative workshops
Opportunities to explore nearby vineyards, art, and local culture
Exposure to biodynamic farming and slower living
All held in a setting that naturally encourages you to slow down.
Who This Is For
This is for you if:
Life feels full, fast, or slightly out of sync
You’ve been “on” for a long time
You’re looking for space—not noise
You want to reconnect with yourself without stepping away from ambition or growth
Why Now
The timing is intentional.
Positioned before the end-of-year rush, this retreat is about creating space before things speed up again.
A moment to reset.
To reflect.
To come back to yourself—before the usual momentum takes over.
Express Your Interest
This will be the only retreat I host in 2026, and spaces will be limited.

Closing Thought
It’s easy to consume content about wellbeing.
It’s much harder—and more meaningful—to experience it.
That’s what this next phase is about.
Creating real spaces for real change.
